Can someone pls tell me if I have this right?

I added net_ServerRemoteConsolePasword "XXXXX" to the config file.

Then when I am in game I open the console and put net_Client_RemoteConsoleAddress XX.XXX.XXX.XX

Then net_Client_RemoteConsolePassword XXXX

When I try admin restartmap or any other admin commands it says I don't have permission. IP is correct and passwords match..
