Title says it. Occasionally while talking to a companion on the companion wheel or looking down the iron-sights of a gun w/ right-click, the game alt tabs itself. Those are the only actions I can remember when a self-induced alt tab occurs. It may be random.

This happens to me to but, its more like it starts in windowed mode; once it minimizes and you bring it back it goes full screen and doesnt happen any more
