So after the Herculean efforts of techno-wizadry I had to go through for more than a week to get the game to run at all, I finally managed to get the game to run. Fairly well it seemed, on a nid range pc I was running it on high with the occasional frame-rate stutter but nothing to crippling.

Then I got to Primm. And quicksaved. And had the game crash on me. Now whenever I quicksave the game crashes, which is a particularly annoying bug as one of the main reasons I got New Vegas on PC was how much I enjoyed being able to avoid having to constantly use the save menu that proves to be such a time-waster on the console versions.

So yeah, this game? Busted.
