I just passed Primm, and that town with the guy screaming, that he has won the lottery.. Then i just followed my marker, on a road, where i shoot 2 people, and reach lvl 3, and when i reach that level, i can't even spend points on attributes and so on.. When i then try to either quick save or load to a previous save game, the games crashes totally

Anyone that have had the same problem?
Should i just follow a different route to the marker?
