My game always freezes when quiting the game, forcing me to use Task Manager to manually end process FalloutNV.exe. What can I do to resolve this? This only started to happen after the latest patch.

I have the same problem (but I have to restart Windows as task manager won't even work). And I am not playing on a laptop - my rig exceeds recommended specs. Anyone?

With Win7, Windows+Tab (rolodex) to your desktop and then R-Click > Close Window. 1.2.0.314, on two rigs (one of them a laptop), seems to exit without hanging. Do you have mods? If so, make sure there aren't any "Deleted" NavMeshes in them as FO3 and deleted NavMeshes often meant crashing on exit. Could very well be the same thing happens for FNV...?
