Bascially topic. It really only happens frequently when I overclock my GPU's Clock setting. I have a Radeon HD 4690 btw. I also run game booster, system care advanced w/ antivirus 5's turbo boost, direct3d overider, process lasso, and Skyrim FPS Booster when playing Skyrim.
