I was playing the Fallout 3 "Game of the Year" edition (all the DLC on it) and I had finished all the main story line and was doing the expanded content, when it kept freezing. And this was all before Assassin's Creed: BROTHERHOOD (not Revelations, but Brotherhood) was out. So I had to stop playing Fallout 3. I blame my own hoarding and packratting for the freezes, though. I had a locker with 4000 lbs of junk/stuff in it, but no vendors had any money to buy it off me, and it kept stacking up.
Moral Of The Story: On Skyrim I don't hoard so much stuff in my house. Back in Oblivion, I didn't have to because the shopkeeps all had infinite money of a set # (800) gold. Also, selling a lot of items lowers your save file. I tested it
