I wrote these in order in which they happen and yes I did all the necessary actions to try and fix it.
(Note: It wasn't doing the freezing that you can fix by opening the disc tray. The whole console froze)

12:04 - Went to the Gun Runners to sell some junk ans as soon as I spook to the vender the game froze.

12:14 - I thought it was only going to happen once like Fallout 3 did every now and then. So I tried to sell stuff on the Gun Runners and I was able to sell my stuff but
as soon as I left it froze.

12:20 - The game froze right after I took 5 steps to get away from the Gun Runners. (At that time I was furious so I took a break)

1:20 - I thought well I'm stuck at the Gun Runners so I wonder if saving well help any. I tried that and it froze while saving and now my save file says it's corrupted.

I thought this last patch was to improve the game stability so that freezing wouldn't happen I guess a crappy game gets crappy patches. This game with NEVER be better than Fallout 3.
I'm getting to the point that I should just trade the piece of crap in and get a better game. Anyway I'm curious to how many people have had this problem too.
And please don't post any negative posts like "get over it" etc. I've actually been bitting my tongue and saying "they're going to make it better I just know it" but I'm to the point where I know thats not going to happen.

I bought a few mods from the gun runner merchant and applied them. Whenever I switch weapons the game crashes now.
