I walk into dragonsreach after a quest to do some enchanting so it autosaves, then Balgruf brother stands up from the table and says "get him" and the whole room starts attacking each other and attacking me. Whats more is if I kill them I get a bounty and when they die they just come back to life. WTH am I suppose to do here. Start a new game. I don't get it. It really pisses me off because I have no clue?

don't go to whiterun? Or just start a new game, that would work.

just run away without hurting anyone, then when you are clear of pursuit, figgure out why they attacked you, might be as above stated that you are a level 4 vampire,

im still a werewolf and everything is fine with the guards, I walk in and hrograth or whatever stands up and says something "get away from me" and the whole room gets chaotic. Its some strange cletch. I did save but how far back do I have to go, I mean I go back to when I finish the cave, what am I suppose to do, the whole game over again. I don't have a bounty!?

I had this happen. Were the guards outside hostile? If not, I think I have the fix.

First, punch someone in Whiterun, and yield to the guards, and go to jail. Serve the time. Everyone in DR should be nice and lovey again.
