I know some people don't like Game references but i do, brings back fond memories and puts a smile on my face.

Here are just some of the ones i remember, feel free to add more that i havnt included.

1. Doom Marine Bobblehead.
2. Vualt boy bobblehead.
3. Blake bobblehead.
4. Quake grafiti.
5. secret Quake room.
6. Secret wolfenstain room.
7. Half life reference where the soldier asks you to pick up a can.
8. Somewhere in thegame i swear i heard music from half life too but can't remeber where.
9. the crazy guy who livs near the swamp is wearing a Doom shirt..
10. BFG ammo :flamethrower:

Just been reloading some old save games to do some more exploring and found a few more :goodjob:

.In Subway town the old lady sitting next to a hooka, there is doom 2 coverart on it.

.Doom comic book.

.Doom coffee mugs.

And for fallout 3 fans like myself, the water purifier, its a pretty usless item, not worth anything and may not be a refrence but i like to think bethesda slipped that one in there lol.

There is even a DOOM hookah in game.
At least, I am pretty sure thats what it is.

Lol, the referecnes were a really good idea. I walked into the Quake room and thought "Wow, i haven't played this game in ages... I don't even remember how it ended" so i fired it up from the start and I'm currently playing through it.

I reckon it's brilliant, i love the little bits and pieces in it like that, makes me think the developers wanted to show us they hadn't forgotten where they cam from.

Well said mate, i agree its almost like Id is saying this is where we started and Rage is where we are now and it is impressive i gotta say. I love all the little quirky things, pinkies= twinkies, quaola quaons= crayola crayons etc and as a fan of half-life i LMAO when i heard the enforcer ask me to pick up that can.... damn i miss half-life, a real shame Valve abandoned it. :sadvaultboy:

I doubt see any mention of the doom room. Hardest room to find for sure. If anyone needs help just message me. By far the best room and a must see for fans or not.
