Hi. After quite a bit of searching, I've been able to determine that the cause of my game getting slammed back to the desktop whenever I try to access the General Stats tab is due to deleting a mod from which I had a spell in my favorites list (spell/mod didn't even work; that's why I deleted it). However, this seems to have corrupted every save since then. I didn't notice it earlier because I don't usually use the General Stats tab. I save quite often (in case of game crashes). My current game save is 145; the last non-corrupted game save is 41. Is there any way of fixing the most recent of the game saves? I've gone too far and advanced too much to go back, so I'm hoping there is. Otherwise I guess I'll just have to deal with never being able to access by General Stats. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

How about....Reinstall the mod....UNfavorite any spells , save in a new slot......Remove mod...Loading game should complain of missing content...its OK, load and save again...working now??

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I had already tried this. My fault for not mentioning it in my first post. I had also read that people who had similar problems with other spell mods such as Midas Magic got rid of the problem simply by deleting the mod. No luck using this method against the Haggle Spell Mod (The only spell mod I've ever tried). With the Haggle Spell mod installed game save 41 is stable and the General Stats tab works. I unfavorite the only spell from the mod I have, create a new save, and then exit the game and delete the mod. Upon reloading the game the newly created save crashes, save 41 crashes and all previous saves I still have crash. After the crash I reinstall the Haggle Spell mod (but don't re-favorite the spell) and all saves up to 41 are again stable, while all saves after 41 have the glitch where the General Stats tab causes an immediate crash to desktop. The only thing I can think of is to remove all references to the offending mod from a particulart save, but to do this there would have to be a program that allows the editing of save (.ess) files. Does anyone know if such a program exists? Thanks again for your time.

sounds like during the removal of the mod it takes a part of the original game with it?..

After removal of the mod try " Verify game files" see if some file is corrupt...

Dont know of a save game editor...
