Ok, here is the deal. I took the platinum chip from Caesar and gave it to Mr.House and he used it to upgrade his securitron. After that I decided to do some side quest to level up. After quite a bit of leveling up, I decided to continue with main storyline. So, I looked up the quest and it told me to go to fortification hill and open the bunker with platinum chip. But the problem is I no longer have the platinum chip. I went back to Mr. House to get the platinum chip back but all he say is "go to fortification hill."

So here is my question. Is Bethesda planning to release patch to fix this? I would really love to finish this game and I can't right now.

You were supposed to go to the fort and use the chip before giving it back to Mr. House. I don't know why it let you give it to Mr. House before that, probably an oversight on the design end of things. Honestly I think your screwed.
