I finish the mission [ The House Always Wins IV ] but when i go back to talk to Mr. House he says the mission hasn't been completed yet, is there any workaround to this?

I've had the same bug with a few quests. One to take ED-E to a junkyard, but there's nothing to do with it there, talk to the lady and no options. The other buggy dialog I have is with Cass. I've got at least 2 quests that want me to interact with her and nada!
