I've had this for 2 days now where my game would stop responding, bring me back to the desktop with a not responding error, and sometimes it errored my saves, sometimes it didn't.
This happened before one time and I just restarted 2hours back in another save. But now it keeps happening more and more often..kinda like a virus, and I don't know hwy this is.
It has something to do with loading/saving and stuff. Each time I would load a game if the only time the game would stop responding. on occasion it would happen switching to a new area of the map.
This thing completely disallows me from playing. I literally had to restart in the same spot 4 times now, and had my files corrupted about 9 times now.
I tried removing the .bak files, only manually saving, and removing the steam cloud thing, and nothing works
Please help a brotha out, I spent these last 2 days restarting from the same saves only for it to corrupt again, and msging on the boards for solutions.
If anyone needs more information, I'll be free to give. Any idea would be great, I literally have no hope for this anymore
The last time it erorred, I manually saved and reloaded a game, for 14...14 of my saves to corrupt. EVERY last one of them instantly corrupted form that...instantly. I was lucky that I saved 1 extra save on my desktop so that didn't corrupt, but damn I can't play without being frightened my game will brick any second. If anyone has the same problem, or solutions, Please...
