Could a well skilled modder make an extensive set of Hairs and put them over all NPCs in game ?

Although it already exists good hair sets, they suffer of two huge problems :

1 - Total lore-hostility.

2 - Sissy men hair.


I have found a female hair set which is relatively lore-friendly (not that much...but it's tolerable) :

So...it's necessary to make a brand new male hair set...or pick some specific samples from those existing sets, but those samples must be a true man hair (not sissy or hentai hair) and still lore-friendly.


I have started smelling that NPC Editor...but I'm very busy lately....so I wouldn't be able to finish such job this year (if I could).
