I really hated the skills leveling system in Fallout 3 compared to oblivion, i mean i shouldnt have to just kill things and quest to get my repair skill up, i should have to actually repair stuff. To get my barter up i should have to do alot of trading e.g. buying/selling 10 items to get 1 skill rather than just put its skill up on a regular basis. And also i want to be able to make a more wider variety of things maybe with a skill called D.I.Y or something. So i could make like Specail Stimpaks made of Vodka, Empty Syring, Painkillers and Mentats. Maybe i could make Kitchen Armor made of 3 pots, 15 scrap metals and a plate. Even new weapons like Pipe Launcher made of a Lead Pipe, Surgical Tubing, Motor Cycle engine and use Baseballs as ammo

. I'd also love to see new skills like Accuracy which is a no brainer, Speed again a no brainer and maybe even for hardcoe have Survival which decreases the rate of dehydration and increases limb strength. Also i want more fun quests like oblivion where rather than have 1 solid objective i do a bit of back and forth because i felt that was more surreal and engaging. And DLC's , please bring out more stuff like Point Look Out, but please dont go of the rails like you did with Mothership Zeta and dont go making DLC's like pitt where you have a fixed objective and no freedom.
