minigames!! (Chess, pool, poker, etc) possibly allow for wagers because idk... i play FO3 and i see chess stuff and think "wow it would be cool to be able to play things like chess in game..."

PIP-BOY mp3 player- make it so the pip-boy (or whatever equivalent) can access your PC, PS3 or 360's music and allow you to listen to the music you want....the ink spots get kinda old

i know this one will probably get laughed at but while modding FO3 i got some software that edits faces and the big thing about this is you can take pics of your face and it would make a 3d copy which i could then load into the game... well add something similar but make it useable in game during player creation so people can make a player in their likeness

i really like what was done in Elder Scrolls Oblivion where you get a more diverse selection of armor as oppose to only being able to equip an outfit as a whole

makeing bombs in FO3 was a little too unrealistic in my opinion...for example... to make a grenade i would imagine the needed items would be
-explosive
-caseing
-detonator
now this is where you guys stopped... i think it would be cool if you added more items to make... make the parts needed a little more interchangeable and go more in depth with the needed items... such as being able to make gunpowder (to be used as an explsive in the bomb) gunpowder essentially being saltpeter and charcoal, the player could either find saltpeter and charcoal and MAKE the gunpowder or obtain it another way. and being that the bomb requires a detonator you would need to either find a detonator or make you from other things...i just think the crafting aspect of FO3 was to concrete where as in real life its easy and somewhat interchangeable to make things such as explosives

I think gambling minigames in the casinos is a good idea, but I think the outside music would be a mood killer. About the player picture idea, most console players don't have a camera for their console, and personally that sounds kinda weird.
