Possible spoiler ahead....


Ok,i have Tullius" armour now,i use a heavy armoured charachter,i have perk points in heavy armour.When i wear Tullius" armour,it says it is heavy armour,however,the stats for it do not seem like its actually heavy at all,also it looks like light armour,and weighs around the same as scaled armour.

my 25% heavy armour perk when wearing all heavy armour does not activate correctly when wearing tullius" armour either...
so is this a mistake on bethesdas part for writing the words heavy armour in the inventory screen? or is tullius" "heavy armour" just as week as the empire?? haha couldnt resist

Well I don't know if its me but I do the alchemy/enchant/smithing method to further enhance weapons and armor. Currently my Dragonsbane sword does 518 damage. Whereas Mehrunes Razor cant go past 106 damage. I think they've put a set limit to certain armor and weapons as to how much benefits you get from then
