but i don't hate Tullius because i love his voice actor, Michael Hogan is awesome! :banana:

Hard to say, I like them both.

Tullius is a soldier through and through, and he is a very skilled tactician. And he seems nice enough.

Ulfric is more charismatic, is a good leader(is he good enough for the throne? I don't know, but he can't be worse than Elisif and her completely lacking common sense), he knows the Thu'um and he is inarguably a skilled politician, dividing the land into supporting him or oppose him.

I really only like Tullius because he fights for the Empire. Ulfric has a more fleshed-out character, imo.

I'd give my two cents, but by the 6th Era, this will be pointless.

Just as Hjalti and his pet wolf-who-is-his-voice and mage-who-was-his-brain and Tiber-as-THECYRODIIL! are remembered by all as "Talos", Ulfric and Tulius will be the same man.

....Tulius, if I must chose.

But I personally think Rikke is the coolest.

I meant in official lore not in all game files. :wink_smile:

I've seen no reason to believe if won't happen again without the Dragonborn's help, and in official lore the Dragonborn will probably remain largely nuetral.

Also because he Captain Bailey and is the Commander of the Federation forces in TERA.

You know, has anyone else ever wondered why Ulfric's mouth was wrapped shut in the beginning of the game?
