So, last night I was up until 3 am consoling my ex over the phone because her bf dumped her and no one else was awake to hear her complain. Normally I would be all over the oppurtunity to laugh and point at her face but she was genuinely upset and the angel in me told me to be nice and listen and comfort her on this darkest hour so I did and actually ended up turning her mood around completely by the end of the conversation.

So, that was me earning a "get out of hell card", not too impresive but I dont get out much lol. Anyone else got any sappy good deed stories?

That should depends on who dumped who in the first place. If he dumped her first, then I don't see the reason to get her, other than riding her for a night than dump her again.

I used to get these all the time when I worked as a waiter. They were actual cards with proverbs telling me how much some zombie person loved me. I'd pretend to be grateful for the tips.

how is this a get-out-of-heck free card? I'm assuming it means something similar to get-out-of-jail-free card (like from the game Monopoly). What ''heck" situation were you in? How did consoling your ex get you out of the "heck" situation?

I assume he meant as in this good deed would keep him out of hell. Since he did something nice.

I don't think anyone reading this threat believes he's investing anything beyond his genes to this woman. Nothing to worry about for him.
