How do I use the Getquestcompleted to work?

I have tried clicking on the quest I want to instant complete then try using the command and nothing happens.

Help?

That command does nothing more than http://geck.gamesas.com/index.php/GetQuestCompleted. You probably want to use setstage questid ##. The IDs and stages can be found in the G.E.C.K. The Wiki has http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_quests#Quest_IDs. Some stages may be listed elsewhere (or will be eventually).
