Okay, so get this...from release date until today everything was just fine. It was all sunshine and farts. Now I can't even load anything without my console freezing, or sitting in a load screen for 30 minutes before saying "[censored] it". I've tried creating new characters, and when I leave I save. I come back and load the game...BAM! it happens again! I have also tried clearing my system cache, playing offline, deleting DLC, playing on another console, but nothing works! Can anyone please help me with this!?

I am on the Xbox 360 console.

I get annoyed enough when i person walks into a rock and gets stuck so i don't know what i would do if that happened to me lol

I've been asking people who have this problem where they live.
Where do you live Kira? I'm curious if people in certain regions are havin issues.

Another suggestion is goin into your memory files for the game and erasing ALL fallout New Vegas files from your HDD. this might give you a fresh start (where as just clearing the cache will only remove temporary memory.
Then install the game to HDD, reduce your console video settings to 720 or lower, and go ahead and allow for any updates (it hasn't seemed to make any difference in anyones bug).
(you want to keep your DLC content if you got the pre order as I have heard you can't re download it.)

For the record:

I had game breaking freeze up during my first playthrough but I was able to start back several hours in game time to and get back without having the same issue.
You want to make sure your saving OFTEN, as much as every 30 minutes or near/after locations and branches in questline.
You also want to take advantage of your save slots and use them all. Don't rely on using just a couple of over written slots. This will make it easier to back up.
Hopefully some of this will work. Otherwise a new patch will be out shortly.

Haha! It wasn't to be creepy. But I've had a few people who live in England that have had this problem and I was curious if there was something different there opposed to in the states that's affecting peoples games.

I have had the problem(the game save i mean,not Gypsies living in nearby rivers)..but TBH the save problem has not been a big issue as other bugs

I dont remember mentioning suicide, though it is the greatest gift you can give your parents.

I asked my local gamestop I they had many returns of the game. They know me fairly well and said they hadn't had anyone making a big deal about wanting to return it (no used copies on the shelf).

I am getting Black Ops tonight at midnite so i was trying to finish up this run through before i begin my third. I am level 29 on my second playthrough with FONV and havent had any great issues during my second run (approx 72 hours first run, 59 hours currently [not counting backtracking] and my room late is currently finishing his first run (77 hours) without any major issues.

It would be interesting if people are having the "DLC/BUG" only in Europe/GB.
