I don't know how Fallout works with the modding business, but I'll have a crack anyway:
1. Check the files of each mod and search for same name files from each of the mods
2. Merge them using WinMerge or something similar
3. Test it
Note: This might not work as the mods might conflict with each other and cause CTD's and all kinds of problems.

If you're trying to do this with Fallout: New Vegas, it isn't going to work. They're FO3 mods and haven't been transferred to the NV engine yet.

If you're trying to do this with Fallout 3, you're in the wrong forum and this thread should be moved. FWE and MMM need a compatibility patch (search for FOIP on the Nexus), and I think you might need one for Book of Earache and FWE, though I don't know as I don't know the mod. I haven't seen any compatibility patches released for FWE/Earache, though.
