So when is there going to be another patch so that I can finally play this damn game without it deciding to randomly crash on me and ruin all my saves??? I mean I'm just curious, got the game the day it came out and haven't really gotten to do much with it but look at the shortcut on my desktop. I would of returned it but the place I got it from won't do refunds on opened games...Honestly I'm getting pretty pissed that I wasted the money, and I'd say I've been pretty patient so far, but it's starting to wear then....

So asides from that does anyone have Bethesdas customer support number? or anything along those lines where I will actually be able to talk to someone?

Yes I'm well aware of that, I've been to there "official support page" and what they say doesn't even make sense, there answers don't even fit the questions...And I've emailed there so called tech people or whatever, not sure why I did it because I knew damn well that nothing would come from it.
