Ghost people suits.

I was pretty ticked off when I found that the haz-mat suits were unobtainable. Is there a mod for this?

Yeah those sweet suits would be great, like to give the same ability as Domino does for the Cloud. :unsure2:

The Assassins armour is pretty sweet looking though, does it have a helmet to go with? :hubbahubba:

I don't see how you'd be able to use them then.

Did you read some of the terminals in the Villa? The Ghost People are trapped inside the suits, why would you want to wear it?

It was said that the ghost suits came from the Big Empty, I'm sure they will be obtainable in future dlc associated with that location.

If we get the suits in a different DLC, there should be no issue with getting stuck inside them.

There is a reason the Sierra Madre guys got trapped in the suits and it is that same reason that people outside the Sierra Madre wouldn't get trapped in them.

I would LOVE one of these outfits.

No, they didnt.
The suits are pre war, ordered by Sinclair to protect the workes from the cloud.
They are unobtainable because the workers when exposed couldnt escape as the seals corroded and because sif. They had to gut themselves out.
I assume they just mutated further trapped insde the suit and became what we see today, They remnind me of big daddies in bioshock.

But damn I would like one of those suits for my one character, preferabley the harvester because it has a hood.

Yes they did, Elijah said that Holo-rifles, Holograms (Non-working ones though.) and Hazmat suit that the ghost people wear were all from the Big Empty.

Well, OBVIOUSLY if we were obtain a suit, we wouldn't get trapped in it. And it'd have a got DT because those ghost people are a PAIN IN THE ASS to take down.

I think the reason why we had to dismember the ghost people was so that the devs didn't have to make one wearable for us.

this isnt my name is right. It doesn't make sense for them to come from the big empty, they're ordered by Sinclair to do work in the ventilation.

He ordered them sure, but they originated from the Big Empty.
also, the reason the Ghost people kept coming up is that they are feral ghouls and the cloud mutated them or some awesome [censored].

Dosent say that. All it says is sincalir ordered some hazmat suits, the big empty is a post war place. iirc the wiki says the suits are russian, the big empty isnt russian.
As for the second part knew that already. (well guessed that.)

Elijah SAYS that's where they originated from. Most likely the Big Empty is the location it was made and then shipped to before the bombs fell, leaving some suits still there. If you don't believe us go play the dlc again.

Played it several times. He says the slave collars are from the big empty. The hazmat suits are not.

The suits are pre-war, yes, and guess what? The Big Empty is a Pre-War location, silly!
Now, they might not have COME from there (The Big Empty), as they are supposedly Russian suits, but Elijah himself said that the suits, among other things like the Holorifle, the technology for the vending machines, and the Holograms can be found in the Big Empty.

And I'd rather trust him over you, because he's been there, you know?
At any rate, we wouldn't become stuck in it, but it would still be problematic because it is supposedly difficult to talk in the suits. I assume everything you say just sounds like Pyro from TF2. It would be amusing if you were incapable of talking to people while wearing the mask. They'd just say "Sorry, I can't make out what you're saying."

EDIT: Yes, I just confirmed Elijah does talk about the suits he says "Even the suits of those things stalking the villa" among the things that can be found in the Big Empty, and that this only scratches the surface of the stuff that's there. So yes, there are Hazmat suits like the Ghost Peoples' in the Big Empty.

The Ghost People are creatures rather than NPCs, so the suits will be unobtainable, even after the PC version comes out. It would be cool if they were available in a future DLC, but it's just not possible right now unless you use the model and textures and create a new armor entry with GECK (once Dead Money is available for PC).

Well you just gave the answer, actually. You already have all the meshes, models and textures you'd ever need. Anyone with a file decompiler could do it.
