Do ghostly remains dissapear after a while? : V

After killing those ghostly creatures in winterhold (from the college of winterhold questline) the remains don't seem to dissapear, one is even floating in the air...

Does it just take a long time to dissapear? Or do they never dissapear?

Interesting...when I did this there was one pile of remains floating in the air, and I had to jump in order to search it. I've not been back to see if they're still there.
