Gimme a large outpost!

I couldnt think of a better topic title :)

Anyway,

(Spoilers!)

While playing through the Sierra Madre today, there was a brief time that Father Elijah was talking about reopening the casino and using it as a new community, and I was really hoping you could take on the casino as a new home-base or re open the town as a new trading outpost after the main mission

obviously to those still reading, this doesnt happen

and it got me thinking, the sort of dlc I would most like to see, and the DLC that has avoided the Beth Fallout series so far would be something ala Shivering Isles, why they didnt do it for 3 I dont know

all the DLC (for 3 and SM) seems very single mission oriented with maybe an evil side for a second playthrough, but it comes off as canned segments separated from the main whole(game)

whereas I would love another partition of land to roam, with main city(s) that are useful to return to for quests and trading (there arent enough medium-big towns anyway) and more expensive items, my level 30 character didnt really need all those gold bars from the vault, so i wasnt crying over not having them, maybe if i needed to save for a legendary weapon of some sort(Im thinking Solus Greatsword from Fable 1 or something) I might have tried to squeeze another gold bar or 2

while these sorts of DLC are no doubt money and time consuming they really add more life and longevity to a game if done right

I would definitely buy this kind of DLC. A Fallout version of the Shivering Isles would simply be amazing
