I call BULLSH!T.

Unreleased games are kept under lock and key of a manager.

Video stores are threatened by law if they sell a game before release date.

I've seen managers carted off to jail from trying to sneak a copy of Halo 2 out before release date.

You can't really say this, as there are several cases of people owning the game already and posting videos on youtube. Unless you know him personally, you should probably keep accusations to yourself and just ignore him if you don't beleive him.

Have to agree - Also got people in game stores/stations etc, And they all says the same thing.

You would actually have to plan a robbery just to get a copy off the shipment load - As its ALL under security and supervision of cameras etc.

Not only that but they are then kept behind LOCK & KEY!

Anyone who has managed to get there copy from a game store- Has either stole it, bribed a manager for it, or there manager is in on it and wants a copy too!.

Even then - The chances taken just to sneak a copy of the game out and possibly cause yourself a heavy fine - job dismissal and possible jail time for theft, All for the sake of getting the game 3days early?

I think a lot of the footage cropping up will probably be downloaded off torrents or the like because I've noticed both the PS3 and 360 pop up over night.

99% of YouTube videos posted before a game's release (like Brink) is due to playtesters outside of the company.

Most of the videos on YouTube were being made before physical retail versions of the game were even printed to media.

The recent ones that has been taken down due to copyright violation are from hard copies, Check

But we have seen videos, and they were taken down pretty fast - and yeah.. I know, someone might slip out a copy here and there for the extra cash in the pocket, but all I'm saying is that there are videos coming/out there that is of the real game

I hate taking sides on a forum - Cause you then get others who want to deliberately come out and "challenege" you - And im all for a good challenge.

Hes came on the forum and posted something out of pure spite and selfishness - Like rubbing your reward in the face of others who do without.
