I am so over my horse and wife dying everywhere I go, they all stay dead. I refuse to re-load a Save for the millionth time due to AI stupidity.

It's a solo game... now I remember why I choose to play a cannibal. My wife was pretty tasty. Now if I could only eat my horse as well.

Well I have Shadowmere which is the most amazing horse ever....and my wife Aela just hangout at the house as my personal shop, trainer, and cook.

Has Shadowmane ever died and caused a Reload? If you answer No you are prob playing on Adept or lower in Difficulty. Because for Frost, my horse, death is whimsical.

Shadowmere doesnt really die it comes back after a while and is hard to kill

Shadowmere is like a Daedra (not lore based, just game mechanics). He "dies" but comes back after a while. And as for a wife... why would you want your spouse to come with you to defeat evil? Isn't that just asking to be a lonely widow?

Well why don't you give your wife some better equipment and some health potions, maybe she won't die so much.

And Shadowmere is bugged on my game, he decided the pool of black tar was better then coming with me.

You really think that the problem is with the AI, as opposed to.. say.. doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result?

You do know Frost has the stats of a regular horse that can be bought......Shadowmere is a BEAST with amazing stats.
