Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 8:27 pm

right, i know he's evil. but how is the fact that i think he's funny blasphemous?
he fricckin' dances, even as a dead thrall!
Oh, I jokingly meant it's blasphemous to let him live. He's definitely funny.

He has the potential to become your follower later in the questline if you spare him. Of course, it also makes it much harder to get his gear.

Lydia is the worst follower in the game.

Best thing to do is reload, dismiss her and find someone better or go companionless.

I have been tempted to kill her myself, sometimes. And I have once of twice, because she annoyed me off so much. Not to mention the many, many times she walked into every single attack I made and died.
But I usualy send her back home and leave her there.

Now, no way will I have Lydia as a follower, ever.

That chart says that Lydia's HP is 671 but it never is. Her natural HP when she becomes my follower is more like 158 and I can get it over 200 with enchanted gear but that's it. Argis has high health and that's the reason I use him at later levels. I'm going to have to travel with J'zargo though. His stats look good. :tes:

If you reload, you lose any consequences of your choices or actions in the game. Instead of having a story about lydia, you just have a story about the thrill of the save screen.

In a game were actions change little already, i am
Suprised i see so many in favor of undoing a
Truly dynamic change to the world.

There's something a bit off about Lydia; maybe she was hit on the head with a mace when she wasn't wearing a thick enough helmet.

If you dismiss her and let her hang out in Whiterun she'll sit upstairs in your house and ask if you're lost when you come home.
