Give me something to do.

Let me craft you an item or something for a mod.

I don't care. I'm not scripting or doing anything major in the CK so it's not like I'm going to pump out some gameplay changing mods soon!

Try me.

Plus I want the experience. Anytime I've seen something, I challenge myself and have done images in photoshop and I've gained experience for myself just learning creating funny images, effects, gifs etc.

I want to do the same for modeling. It's more for me than it is you!

I am passing on the first thing that came to mind in the interest of not being sued for sixual harassment.

Echonite's crystal shard dagger idea sounds pretty rad though.

I already made them.

2 for this crystal shard dagger. I could make one of my own, but I'd rather have some details.

so you are a modler? and can get say .... weapons into skyrim?

I made this HAMMER BLADE for oblivion in blender : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-d6eS4159c

I am drowning in my own mod (Duke Patrick's Heavy Weapons Combat) at this time (lots of scripting) so I do not have time to learn 3dmax and make it for myself, could you make this?

What about SPEARS?

You're awesome! I've been wanting reasons to make spears! Give me some details.

Hammerblade? I'll give it a go. You can use the Oblivion model or did you just want a new one?

Any sugar or cream?

Coffee too please. Two sugars!

Also, yes, spears!

I was also going to say more accessories, but I think we're doing fine now with cloaks, bandoliers, backpacks, scarves, etc. Getting kitted out nicely these days! I would still quite like the vanilla knapsack model as a wearable backpack, though. I use an old, old mod that does, and retextured it to a darker brown colour, but it is basically a quiver so isn't ideal.

You wouldn't happen to be looking at larger stuff, like, say, edited versions of city architecture?

Indeed! There are a lot of great accessories out there. Your cloaks are among some of the best of them :)

Yes. This. I'm looking to do everything. Self modeling projects I've been working on have been rocks, columns, domes, tents, statues, etc. Nothing serious, but I've set the early drafts down to see what I could do.

I'm guessing it sounds like I think I'm hot stuff (i am), but that's not the deal here. I'm not exactly sure what people truly think of my work, but I'm happy with it. I'm just looking to do things. I'm doing it for fun and I love it, whether people get to see my work or not. Case-scenario, if you want something, then I can do it.

I'm not sure if these resources already exist, but things we always need in the game:

- bathtubs (I imagine a wooden tub would be most appropriate, though I loved the clawfoot one made for Morrowind)
- toilets (basically a block of wood with a round hole in it, like you find in medieval castles)
- toothbrushes (here's a http://flippermuseum.com/tag/toothbrush/ - although modern-style bristled brushes have existed since the 1400s, a paintbrush-style version would be more in keeping with the game's style)
- perfume bottles
- mirrors
- upholstered chairs and sofas - modified versions of existing furniture that looks a bit more comfortable

Can you do animations, too? An animated model of a baby in a crib would be great - it wouldn't have to move much, either.

If you could make a coffee mesh and texture for a mod I am working on that would be awesome.

Amazing post! I agree with everything you mentioned. Thank you for adding more fuel to my fire.

I cannot do animations. It is on my to-do list as I have the tools and there are a few tutorials around, but I don't know when I'm going to start learning it. The whole restrictions for getting certain things in Skyrim also isn't encouraging me to learn it any faster, either.

Yes, please! I've been looking for such a mod and no one has taken that up yet. Oblivion had one that placed working bathtubs in every tavern and player house. It's a major immersive feature and much needed, especially in Skyrim. It can be expanded to make NPCs bathe once in awhile. The PC also needs to bathe often in order to not have his speech skill affected (since we no longer have charisma/personality).

I wish I knew this when... oh wait, that's a fairly new mod. It would have been great when I was playing Oblivion couple years ago! I'm a tea connoisseur.

I'm thinking a Dwemer or Nordic mug with coffee is suitable, unless I'm told otherwise.

I'd love a mail + tunic + pants combo, a la Zelda's advlt Link since Twilight Princess.

I was in some fort/tower the other day and came to a room that had 3-4 stalls (basically a U shape with walls (about hip high) in between). Each stall had a stool, a bucket, and a book (one had also a potion).

Zelda is my favorite franchise, I was planning to do some items (swords and shields sound good, but I think some of those have been done so try not to overdo it). The outfit sounds great, but I've been curious about doing armor/clothing. I guess I'd need one of Skyrim's base body's to work with and build off of. Not everyone uses the same body, either, so I don't know.

I'd love to see some new creatures. There was a request thread for female giants a week or so ago, and the one from Skyrim Monster Mod looked a bit too young and human for comfort. It wouldn't needed to be rigged to a new skeleton or anything; it'd just be nice to have some gender variety. Feel free to apply this idea to other creatures as well! It'd be great to get male fire atronachs or female falmer, too!

I'll try my hand at any of these things as long as it's for a mod or gets use somehow. I don't mind doing a modder's resource type of thing, but I'd rather not have it sit there on the backburner. I may just make it a mod myself if it was just a suggestion from someone and people liked it but no one was going to do it, or I'll just give the resources to the people who need it for their mod.

I'll also partner up if need be, because that just sounds fun. Welcome to check my link.
