I gave up on the PS3 version and traded it in at Gamestop. I have had a PS3 since 2006 and is my preferred console, but they apparently STILL can't fix the FPS. I had intially not had too many issues with the PS3, but once I got above level 20 it got really bad and diminished my enjoyment. I primarilly use my Xbox for exclusives like Gears of War and a few Kinect games. I would rather play on PS3, but it's clear the PS3 version won't be fixed anytime soon.

I hated buying it twice, but if I want to enjoy the game (and I do want to enjoy the game), I had to switch.
