I know the majority of these forums forbid multiplayer in a TES game but that's because they are afraid of the experience ruining the game.
Though I feel like gladiator arena multiplayer would be the most appropriate. Being able to fight and win money, wage your gold, items, weapons, etc...

The game is built for singe-player. Something like this would have HUGE balance issues. There be no point to use anything else than destruction+dualcast+stagger. I fyou want multiplayer, turn elsewhere.
