I want to start a new character and roleplay a gladiator type character (first roleplay).
id like to you to suggest what gulid and quests should i do and how to roleplay this type of character

go play oblivion, there's no arena in skyrim so you really can't be a gladiator. You can RP that you were a slave gladiator from the arena but won your freedom from the emperor by beating every champion who stepped in the arena with you...now you seek battle in the harsh land of skyrim because your guy thirsts for it and skyrim has plenty of battle to be had

maybe become blood kin to the orcs and challenge every chief to a brawl or things along those lines

Well first you'll have to pick your weapon and armor specialization (probably light armor though). The awesome thing is you can decide which class of gladiator you want to be and there really is a nice selection;

Bestiarius- fight animals
Cestus- unarmed build
Murmillo- shield and dagger/imperial sword
Retiarius- some form of two-handed weapon (can't use a net unfortunately but maybe Beth will add spears)

These are only some of the builds you can try. If you're on PC then there's bound to be some awesome gladiator armors as well. I don't recommend you do any guilds (except maybe the Companions) but allow me to build on Haggar's idea and suggest that maybe this veteran fighter can discover he's the Dragonborn or something.

Without an Arena, there's no point in being a Gladiator.
