Hey everyone.

I finished the thieves guild quests and whacked Mercer at level 15. When he dropped he had some glass arrows. This is kind of cool since Orcish were the best I could ever find before then, and even those were only because Nirvin in the guild uses them for his practicing.

I haven't found any other place to get the arrows though. I did read a note from someone about dropping a glass arrow shipment someplace, but I don't recall where I found the note. The note said "under the docks" in Riften where the "usual drop spot" was for whomever it was that was swapping arrows.

I'm wondering if anyone's found the drop or knows where it is, and can direct me to it.

Infinite arrow drop of any type.

1: Find a archer that like to practice on targets.
2: Pickpocket his default arrows.
3: Give him a one arrow you wish to make more of. (in your case glass)
4: Watch him practice and collect arrows from the target.


Had several hundred Dadric arrows this way.

Hmm, interesting. There's some Imperial Soldiers doing target practice in Solitude I could try this on to duplicate my beloved Ebony arrows.

Who did you use to duplicate all your Daedric arrows?

Yeah, I know about the infinite arrow trick. I try not to exploit the game though. I like to earn things. I just can't find the arrow drop I'm after.

If anyone knows where it is, that'd be :awesome:.

it starts to drop more the higher level you get, also shops will start selling them, like the drunken huntsman in whiterun. if you like you can even quick save kill him and reload to have him restock, or do it the "legit" way and just wait 48 hours.

Well, if anyone does know where the drop spot is exactly, please let me know.

Something I was wanting to try which may be slightly less of an exploit than the practicing archer - One of these days I'm going to give a follower a bow and an arrow of the kind I want and see if they can riddle corpses with them.

I swam all over the docks looking for the arrows when I found the note, but I didn't see anything.

Yeah thats Riftin, you found that note in the Serwers (Ratways, in the Pub(Bar) Area on a table) under Riften but I have not been to the
Drop Spot though, sorr .

At 33 I find lots of glass arrows in dwemer ruins

It might be a note intended to explain how Mercer got his arrows if you're too low level to have them in the game.

It may not be a regular "drop spot" as some concluded. I too looked for the drop spot, but couldn't find it.
