Glass cannon mage on master- who's done it?

I'd like to try this. I've had plenty of mages, and most have ended up on master, but I usually put quite a bit into health. I play on PC with Better Magic, PISE and Deadly Dragons.

Plan is this:
Altmer (I've had like 5 Bretons, yes I know they are better)
Destruction, Illusion, Conjuration focus. No necromancy, summons only. My Dead Thralls do all the work right now and it gets boring. Mage Armor perks for passive defense.
I may or may not use the Deadly Dragons robes. They are insanely OP at higher levels. Doing the Meridia quest, I killed all the shades, Malkoran, and Malkoran's Shade with 4 dual-cast Ice Storms. He never even got a chance to turn around.
I may use Enchanting, but no spell cost reduction. Magicka and regen only.

Any tips? Criticisms?

Did you find it a fun way to play?

I used to play a robes-wearing mage with only 150 health on master. Onehanded, light armour, onehanded, resoration, conjuration. In the end thou, master difficulty did not make more fun, so i took it down to expert.

Its very fun, makes for more strategy in fights. If i get a big head i will be killed. But i think im just about done with her, 100 hours in.

As for your char, she will get pretty OP with illusion and conjuration, more so if you take the stagger perk.

I've never tried a glass cannon mage on master, but I recently made a dead is dead stealth character who put all level ups into stamina and I made it to level 34 before I was killed by a poisonous bug. So, its very doable. I think the only way I would make a glass cannon is if I used sneak because I don't use fast travel and if you run into a bear or sabre cat in the wild you're pretty much screwed.

I forgot to add that. I am planning on sneaking. I don't see how Illusion could be useful without sneak.
