So I'm having a problem that I've never come across before in the tutorial dungeon. Hadvar isn't really reacting to anything I do, and some stormcloak NPCs are missing. For instance in the first room, he keeps telling me I should find some gear even after I open the Wardens Chest and get the imperial armor, iron sword etc and put the stuff on. He will eventually after a long time open the door with the chain. Everything is OK up until we reach the room where the 2 stormcloaks are talking about the potions in the storeroom they need (right before you go down to the torturer). Well for some reason, one of the NPCS who mentions the potion is missing, so after killing the lone guy, Hadvar never gives me the brief quest to find some potions, and therefore I can't continue any further .

Has anybody else experience something similar to this?

Hmm strange..just reload your previous save to where you get off the wagon
