Glitching textures : Fallout: New Vegas

I have glitching textures on some house windows.

Game with latest update downloaded with steam.

My system specs:
Core I7 875K
Leadtek GTX 480 (installes latest drivers)
8GB DDR 3 kingston 1600mhz
1tb WD HDD
Windows 7 x64.

Yes, I have the same with my GTX460. There's a lot of texture flickering. Roadsigns, billboards, the horizon. Can't do anything about it really, was the same in Fallout 3.

In F3 on my pc all ok with textures, but F3 very loves to crash.. :rock: , which not have in new vegas, but exist texture glitches..
