I'm trying to go to Gloombound Mine to get some ebony ore to sell, so I can get some quick cash.

The problem is... I've already mined the veins. Ok, well, I just wait outside for ten days.

However, that still doesn't work. The veins are still empty. So, maybe even waiting outside the mine's door is too close. So, I fast travel to the Windhelm stables, wait ten days THERE, and gues what? THE VEINS ARE STILL EMPTY!

What am I doing wrong? I thought that mine reset every ten days!

They're supposed to respawn after 30 days I believe but I've found all the ore mines in the game to be very glitchy when it comes to these respawn times. I can go whole in-game weeks and months without visiting a mine or outside ore vein and it will still show up as depleted and unavailable.

Another time I loaded a game and in an area I was sure I had mined and many of the Iron and Corrundum veins were available again well before what should have been their respawn times. Yet another time, the veins in an area look depeleted visually as they should have as I had been through a few days before (no fast travel) yet when I got near one on a whim, it was available again and worked fine for mining.

So... yeah. I don't get how the respawns are supposed to work either.
