Is there a way to get the same effect as dawnbreaker without mods? I want to make sting from lotr and i think the imperial sword is perfect except it doesn't glow right with any enchantments i've tried

If your on console then no, but if your on a PC then I'm sure the chances of something being out there are greater. I two tried to make sting but just could not do it so I had to settle for Dawnbreaker.

Is Dawnbreaker really supposed to glow like that? I've always assumed it was a glitch, since half the time it's not glowing when I'm around undead or any enemy at all, but if I stand in the middle of Whiterun's Marketplace the thing acts like there's a sun inside of it.
