Basically, in 3rd and 1st person.. There are weird little blue/purple sparkle-ey things around my characters hands. What's caused this? I'm a master of conjuration if that has anything to do with it?

probably. all the conjuration spells are purple. when you wield different spells, they have all sorts of different colors and shapes. Soul trap is purple. Summon familiar is purple, Bound weapons are purple.

Yeah it was lol. Took me a while to figure out because the spell was 'sheathed' (my hands were down).. It's only the master level spell though, so it might be a thing for those spells
