Glowmaps on Creatures

Hey people,

I'm trying hard to give my spider companion some glowing green eyes. I basically made a black/white retexture of my normal texture saved it as _g.dds (compression DX3 with mipmaps) and put it into the .nif at 4th position right after the _n.dds input variable. I've also set the emissive color to white and raised the emissive multiplier, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work like supposed too. I've had a look at the Alduin.nif file to figure out what was wrong, but basically the file has the same settings as I do. Am I missing something?

Any help is appreciated.

Finally got it working. Download the picture version of this tutorial:

If your game is crashing then you forgot to enable glowmaps on the Flag 2. Also make sure to set the shader type to Glow Map or it will crash your game as well.
