Yeah, that's an old one. It was caused by incorrect Meshes.bsa in the Steam distribution, corrected very quickly. Still :rofl:

It's one of the greatest bugs to have happened in video game history imo.

dude, this is seriously kinda creepy/freaky! it was creepiest when he said " I hope you don't mind, but I had to go rootin around in your noggin" as his head was spinning like he was some sort of demonic doctor from hell.

I laughed my butt off when I first saw it. What made it so funny (to me, at least) is that it happened just as The Courier is waking up and here's the Doc talking about Wasteland brain surgery while his head does a Cheshire Cat impression.

No matter how much criticism gets thrown at those who vent about game bugs and issues on this forum, this video truly says it all....

I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall at both Obs. and Beth when this came out...I wonder if anyone there filmed their reaction, now that would make good viewing....

Yep, this glitch is plaguing us all and we all just have to sit there and deal with it. They havent done a thing to fix any glitches. RIIIIGHT
