Guys read some funny but true threads about Lydia, and yes she can get in the way and cause you death...but as I got used to her, I now plan an attack, take last night we set off from my house where we both live (Whiterun) and we look like twins in out Flawless Elvin armour 108 and since i found out not only does she carry but will ware the latest and strongest items you give her. So she has a 1400g bow and an elviv axe 1250G of fear. and yet when i got right down to the last room with 8 skellies and a powerfull guy in black armour and a demon flying round the room high up hitting us with electric storm our first death was beacuse she ran straight in. So i then walked her back 2 room and a flight of stairs..TOLD her wait here.... went back down with bow killed 2-3 then the big black thing chased me along with one other.. then used my staff (sam the piss head qst)and introduced these two to him (MY Deadric lord ) Fights like a demon and as i had lead them back to the door next to LYDIA she joined in 3 against 2. that left 3 and the flying demon dosed up with potions reset the deadric lord and all 3 of us charged in and done em. Then loaded all the goodies onto Lydia. All the complants about her..sitting on her arss eating, she does but if you take all the gear back off her (back to her Leathers)and tell her to sit in the chair next to you by the fire at the end of play, ready for ..tonights play..what more can you ask of a girl
PC if i could get her to wear somthing more slinky..iwould..as i sit there in me Undies...lol..lol

by talking to her and choosing "i need to trade some things with you"

of course, then you will experience "i am sworn to carry your burdens...". Lucky you.
