Is Goldbrand in the game?

since you dont get it from boeathia shirne quest like the previeous two titels i think goldbrand is gone :/ but since you cant upgrade deadric artifacts to "legendary" currently its not big deal. they are weaker.

You can't upgrade them. WTF. Weak weapons?????

Who thought it was a good idea to make the Genuinely Legendary weapons inferior to self-forged Legendary Weapons?

Also, I think Goldbrand's gone for a while, after the Emperor used it to kick elven ass.

I find it upsetting that Goldbrand is not given for that quest. I've used Umbra and Goldbrand as my primary weapons since I started playing Elder Scrolls and they removed of the damn weapons. Not to mention the artifacts bestowed by gods are weaker than what the player can make, I find this stupid, really dumb.

EDIT: I first started playing Skyrim I was loving it but the more I play the less I like it! At the current rate it will be uninstalled before the end of the year.
