im look for a good set of light armor that is unenchanted for my sneaky arrow and dagger user, oh and he also uses illusion magic. any help would be appreciated!

There is an unenchanted version of the shrouded armor, not that good though.

There is no difference besides armor rating (unless enchanted), there are no unique armors.

Just use the light armor with the strongest possible armor rating.

why would a sneaker + illusion magic user care about armorrating

just pick the best looking one.

Glass?
It has a solid armor rating and looks good too.

Elven is all you need for a sneaky character. It weighs next to nothing and can be found or made fairly early.
