Goodbye Brink

Post » Sun Jun 12, 2011 5:38 am

Ever since Brink was announced I followed it with anticipation and excitement. And in return I got... well, Brink. In it's current form. I can't express how truly disappointed I was in this game. But I'm not here to complain, really I just want to say I've sold the game, as many others have. The community has dwindled and the game is going nowhere anytime soon. This is where I'd like to say "Well it was a fun ride" but unfortunately, it wasn't. Sorry Splash Damage, but I'm glad to be rid of Brink.

I must say, besides getting my friends in the same team, I'm experiencing less and less problems.

Look, we don't care if you sold the game or not, we don't care if you're leaving or not. Keep that to yourself.

If you want, you can discuss issues with the game.

Other than that, good-bye.
I for one will not miss you.

Coulda fooled me. Aside from the lack of lobbies and the initial lag (which i havent had a problem with since the first few days after release) I think BRINK has delivered what SD promised. A well balanced, fast paced objective based game.
Attacking is challenging enough to keep me interested for awhile and I am excited for the new maps / abilities coming later this month. If they would only make it easier to group up then Id be 100% satisfied.

Bye. Don't let the door hit ya! Splash Damage has your money, brah. So what's your point? Anyway, you are just clearing the waves for the rest of us who enjoy the game. You bailed just before the Free DLC is about to drop! Peace out, brah.

The game is going no where?

There bringing out a free DLC, so surely it is going somewhere and i'm sure there are more more to come i see future for this game tbh.

Well, it isn't going anywhere. There are only a couple hundred players online at a time during peak hours
despite the platform you're playing on. I'd say that that makes the game pretty dead.

But it shouldn't stop those of us from playing it so long as we enjoy it.
