I recently upgraded Windows and had to reinstall Skyrim. I had several mods active on my list and the game worked fine. I copied saves from before I formatted and whatnot and when I reinstalled Skyrim I placed them in the save folder.

Before I didn't have all the mods active. When I reinstalled after a couple of freezes and a water haze glitch I checked and ALL the mods (on the Steam Workshop list) were active. I didn't know which ones I had not active so I just left it alone.

Since then I've tried to figure out what mods were messing up my game and it seems that any/all are. I can play for hours and hours with no freezes while no mods are active.

I know it's a shot in the dark and theres no real way to tell what could be wrong but if anyone has any idea I would appreciate it.

So you're trying to figure out which mods are causing freezes? That isn't related so much to the CK, it's more a general mod issue. You can either repost in the mod forum or wait for a moderator to move the thread there, where you should receive ample help.
