So I am in the main quest, and I'm working on getting through the Thalmor Emmesy. I've made the distraction, I've retrevied my stuff, I went into some room and killed 3 thalmor, now what? Where do I go from there?

IDK how much of a walkthrough you want, but you have to get outside to the courtyard and then into another building. Don't worry - you can't get back into the party and kill the quest.

Nah. I was really cautious the first time I did that one too. I probably saved 20 times - like before I did anything.
