graphic transparency

Hello everybody, i had this problem in fallout 3, ant I thought they will fix it in new vegas, but they didnt, plz help me out
My problem you can see in this screen http://img139.imageshack.us/img139/4498/fallout3transparencyue8.jpg you can see objects trasnparency glitch or something called like that, any ideas solving that?

It's always a problem in your video graphics drivers when that happens.

But I just removed my old nvidia drivers with driver sweeper, then downloaded the new ones, witch was release two days ago 260.89, my gpu GTX 280. This problem I only encountered with this engine, in oblivion the was no such problem for me, it appeared with fallout :(

Go into your graphic cards settings and turn off multisampling... that usually works for me.
